34 weeks!!

Well... we are coming up on the home stretch. I had a 34 week ultra sound and he was 5 1/2-6lbs already! He was head down though so that was excellent news! I have not dialated yet but hopefully at my 36 week appointment that will change! I feel great and am still able to workout 4-5 times a week. We are both so excited and cannot wait to see our little guy! Hopefully before christmas!! Here is the latest pic! Oh...and I've gained a whopping 21 lbs!

28 weeks

28 weeks along. I've gained 16 lbs total and am feeling tired but good. Can't wait to meet out little guy. Here a some photo updates of the belly!

Last Vaca Before Baby Bowman

Chris and I have just returned from a wonderful vacation. We went on a cruise for 5 nights and 6 days which stopped at Key West, Cozumel, Belize, cruised one day, then came back to Ft. Lauderdale. It was so wonderful! We have pretty good weather and just enjoyed celebrating our 1 year anniversary/last vaca before baby bowman comes. We were very limited to excurisions we could do because of the large abdomen I have so we did alot of soakin in the sun, swimming, shopping, and just walking around each port. It was nice to get away and spend some QT together. Here are just a few pics...there is a whole album on FB though. 22 weeks

Not alot of updating at this point. I am 22 weeks along and getting bigger. Chris and I leave in about a week to finally take a long honeymoon on our 1 year anniversary! Our last vacation before baby. Here's a few belly pics we took...you can see a real difference between 19 and 22 weeks. :) We had to have an ultra sound the other day because they thought I had a low lying placenta. I was cleared of that and the doctor said I have a perfectly healthy pregnancy so far! Very relieved! But he did get to tell us that the baby is measuring to weight about 1 lb! How quickly our little nugget is growing! :)

Let the building begin!

So, anyone who has had a little one will understand the nesting instinct. Mine seems to be coming very early! We signed a lease on a one bedroom apartment before we found out I was pregnant. We are lucky that our bedroom is quite large so we can fit a changer and a crib, but no painting or other decor for now. We are waiting for Chris's parents to bring up our crib, but his sister came to visit and brought the changer up! So here are a few pics of my hubby putting together our first piece of baby furniture and a beginning to a long line of building and nesting. :)

19 weeks!

I am now 19 weeks along and we just found out the sex....ITS A BOY!! I am so excited and of course my husband is as well! I am feeling alot more movements recently. Actuallly, for all my friends and family who know me, Chris got to feel the first movements while watching the Brickyard 400 in our living room! :) If you don't know me then I will explain that Nascar is my hidden love! No one believes me when I say I am a Nascar fan but trust me, I am! Here is a picture of me at 19 weeks, the day after we found out we were having a little boy! :)
